Shipping Policy
All orders will be processed within 24 hours. It does not matter when the order has been placed: in the middle of the day or at night. The main advantage of the online shopping is placing an order at any time of the day. Our services are also available for you at any time!
Due to the modern and secured technologies, we are able to process the incoming requests and prepare any package for shipment. Our shipping policy sticks to the comprehensive requirements and is regularly updated for prompt and secure delivery.
The pills will be packed into solid packing materials. It is important to pack the packages well to avoid any damages. The pills are packed into blisters, and the blisters are packed into solid envelope with extra protective packing material. No one will know that this envelope contains medicines.
Make sure to provide the correct address for the delivery. The envelope will have your name and postal address without any names of the medicines.
Terms of Shipment
Only reliable and international transportation companies are used by our professional team. There are two options:
- EMS
- AirMail
On the average, the package will take for up to 8 business days. In case of AirMail, it may take for up to 2-3 weeks. The shipping period depends on holiday seasons, weather conditions, and other circumstances that may be unforeseen.
The cost of the shipment will depend on a country the package has to be sent to. The shipment is worldwide as now it is not a problem to send packages from China to Peru.

Order Status
As we respect every our customer and visitor of the website, we aspire processing orders right away. And we believe that a customer has to know about every stage the package is going through. The order is processed within 24 hours.
Our system quickly receives notifications about placed orders. Here is briefly how the process looks like:
- Adding the number of needed pills to a Shopping Cart
- Entering details to pay for the order
- Entering the name and confirming the order
- We receive a notification and start preparing your order for shipment
Once the order has been paid, we assign an order number and send these details to your e-mail. In case of any changes made to the order, a notification e-mail will be sent. A customer will know when the pills are packed, when the payment has been accepted, when the order will be sent.
The order status contains information about packages, and in case of any doubtful moments, a customer is able to use this information for his/her own benefits. We do believe this information is important for the successful experience of a customer.
